How to Make Banana Banana Bread

When Allrecipes member, Shelly, submitted this recipe for Banana Bread,
she commented, "Why compromise the banana flavor? This banana bread
is moist and delicious, with loads of banana flavor!
Friends and family love my recipe, and say it's by far the best!

Let's start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan with softened butter,
or vegetable oil spray.
Next, in a large bowl, combine 2 cups all purpose flour,
with a teaspoon of baking soda,
and a quarter teaspoon of salt.
Now, in a separate bowl, cream together half a cup of butter,
that's been softening at room temperature,
with 3 quarters of a cup of brown sugar.
Then beat 2 eggs,
and add those to the mixture.
And now, mash 4 to 5 over ripe bananas.
In the end you're looking for 2 and a third cups banana.
So use what you need.
Blend it all together well.
Now we can stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture.
Mix it just to moisten, you don't want to over work the flour.
And pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Place the filled pan in a preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes.
Until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for ten minutes,
and then turn it out onto a wire rack.
