Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to continue on with this series we call making a meal
and in this is part two of that series of the first side dish which we are going to
make garlic mashed potatoes. Okay now we have our potatoes, our garlic, butter, some milk
in there now let's add a little sour cream. We are going to add probably about 2 ounces
of sour cream to this and once again we are going to mix that into our mashed potatoes.
A little bit more in there. Okay at this point we are going to take our mixer and get this
on low speed and just kind of whip that smooth and just take your time and whip the potatoes.
If you prefer a little lumper mashed potato you don't have to do this at all. So anyway
we would continue on whipping the potatoes, get them smooth and move on to hour next step.
