I wanted to create a quick little video discussing intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting has quite a few misconceptions about things, so this is how you correctly go through the process.
You must fast for sixteen hours.
No calories are supposed to be ingested.
This is the perfect time to get some of your work done, as much as you can.
The feeding window is about 8 hours long.
I personally like to fast for six hours every morning before I eat anything.
Try to keep the
feeding window as consistent as you possibly can, instead of eating at 12 pm one day, then 3 pm the next, etc.
Some
example foods that you can eat are tuna, oats, ground beef, cottage cheese, chicken, turkey,
lean steak, and so on.
For intermittent fasting, keep your first meal protein heavy. The second meal needs
to be a big one.
some supplements that you can try are multivitamins, fish oil, calcium, and vitamin D.
These are the basic principles of intermittent fasting that you should follow as closely as you possibly
can.
