WELL, TODAY'S RECIPE FOR MANDARIN TURKEY STIR FRY
AND CURRIED CARROT RIBBONS IS A QUICK FIX
WHEN YOU'RE SHORT ON TIME.
OK, LET'S START OUT BY SEASONING CUT UP TURKEY
BREAST CUTLETS WITH A COMBINATION OF SOME MAGGI
SEASONING, GARLIC, PEPPER AND GINGER PASTE.
THEN, COOK UNTIL DONE.
I HAVE TO TELL YOU: THIS SPICE BLEND SMELLS SO GOOD.
OK, REMOVE THE TURKEY, AND SET ASIDE.
THEN ADD SOME SESAME OIL, GINGER PASTE AND STIR FRY VEGETABLES.

ORANGE JUICE, SO THEY'RE NICE AND TENDER.
JUST STIR IN WATER CHESTNUTS,
AND HEAT A LITTLE LONGER.
THEN POUR A MIXTURE OF PONZU SAUCE AND CORNSTARCH
OVER THE VEGETABLES; AND STIR UNTIL THE SAUCE THICKENS.
RETURN THE TURKEY TO YOUR PAN, ADD MANDARIN ORANGES,
AND TOSS WITH THE VEGETABLES.
CURRY AND BROWN SUGAR GIVE CARROTS A WHOLE NEW TASTE.
