How Stomach Fat Can Kill You!

Uploaded by OneMinuteSixPack on 27.06.2012

Hi I'm Nick and welcome to One Minute Six Pack. Today’s video is about the two types
of stomach fat, and how they’re not only unattractive, but dangerous too. Over 70%
of the population in the Western world is either overweight or obese. While most people
are self-conscious about their belly fat, this is really much more than a mere vanity
issue. Scientific research has shown that excess abdominal fat increases your risk of
getting (1) Heart disease, (2) Diabetes, (3) High blood pressure, (4) Strokes, (5) Sleep
apnea, (6) Cancer, and (7) other horrible, degenerative diseases.
These health risks are posed by two types of belly fat: (1) Subcutaneous fat, and (2)
Visceral fat. Subcutaneous fat lies on top of your abdominal muscles, directly beneath
your skin. Visceral fat, on the other hand, lies deeper in your abdomen beneath your muscles
and surrounding your organs. This is the type of fat that gives guys that beer belly look.
While both are extremely dangerous, science has shown that excess visceral fat is even
more detrimental to your health because it consistently releases more inflammatory molecules
into your system.
If you want a tight sexy stomach or ripped sixpack abs, and if you also want to drastically
reduce your risk of getting a debilitating disease, you MUST make losing stomach fat
a TOP priority. That’s all for today’s video. To learn more about how to lose belly
