In this video, I am going to show you how to calculate how many calories you have
to eat per day in order to lose weight healthily.
At the end of the video, I am also going to give you a very helpful tip that will
make losing weight much easier.
Step one:
go to this webpage: scientificpsychic.com/health
/count-calories.html.
If you're on my website, selfhelpvids.com, you will find the link to the

If you're on YouTube, you will find the link to the web page in the video
description box.
This is what the webpage looks like.
Once you get here, scroll down until you find this webform.
Step two: enter your details into the webform and click "Calculate".
To learn which option you should choose for Activity Level, read the information
on the webpage.
After you click "Calculate", the webform will give you three figures.
The figure that we're interested in is your BMR Times Activity Factor.
This is the number of calories that you have to eat per day in order to stay the
same weight that you are right now.
Step three:
deduct twenty percent from your BMR Times Activity Factor.
This will give you the number of calories that you have to eat per day in order
to lose one pound in one week.
Do not try to lose more than one pound in one week by deducting more than twenty
percent.
The reason why is that you might end up with loose skin. You might also lose a lot
of muscle tissue.
That's exactly what happened to me!
I lost between two and four pounds per week for approximately six months, and
now I have to live with ugly, loose skin and far less muscle!
In order to deduct twenty percent from your BMR Times Activity Factor,
just multiply it by 0.8.
Step four:
return to this webpage and redo the calculation every week, with your new
weight.
That's pretty much it!
