Hi I'm Nick and welcome to One Minute Six Pack. In today's video, I'm going to give
you a list 5 of the healthiest condiments if you want to lose belly fat and get six
pack abs. First on the list is Mustard. Mustard is a healthy condiment for several reasons:
First, it doesn’t contain any added sugar. Second, it has both (1) mustard seed, and
(2) turmeric. Both of these spices are a great source of powerful antioxidants. Next on the
list is Salsa. It's hard to go wrong with salsa considering it's composed mostly of
vegetables. Also, unlike a condiment like ketchup, most brands of salsa don’t have
any added sugars.
3rd on the list is Pesto. Pesto is made up of the following ingredients: (1) garlic,
(2) pine nuts, (3) basil, (4) olive oil, and (5) grated cheese. Together, these ingredients
serve as a wonderful source of healthy fats and powerful antioxidants. Try adding pesto

vitamins, (4) minerals, and (5) antioxidants. Another good thing about guacamole is that
it's fast and easy to make, and you can put it on virtually anything: (1) eggs, (2) burgers,
