Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

Hi, I am Eugenie. Today I am going to make oatmeal cookies.
For this recipe, you will need:
quick cooking oats,
unsalted butter, softened,
white sugar,
brown sugar,
all-purpose flour,
salt,
baking soda,
ground cinnamon,
vanilla extract,
egg,
raisins,
and 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, sift half cup of flour. And add salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
Then whisk the mixture.
And set aside.
In an electric mixer, add softened unsalted butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
Then cream together until fluffy.
Next, at medium speed, beat in the vanilla extract and an egg.
Then add the flour mixture into the mixer bowl.
And blend together at low speed.
Finally, add oats, raisins and walnuts.
And stir until just mixed.
Take a teaspoonful of batter and roll it into a ball.
After flattening it a little bit,
drop onto ungreased cookie sheets or baking sheets.
I always use teflon sheets for baking.
Cookies should be two inches apart because they spread.
Repeat making balls.
Put the pan in the preheated oven.
After for about 12 minutes,
get your cookies out of oven.
Transfer them to a cooling rack with a spatula.
This is soft chewy cookie with cinnamon flavor.
