How-To Make Palak Soup (Spinach Soup) By Archana

Hello and welcome to Archana's Rasoi. The winters are here so let's prepare something warm! Stay tuned for palak (spinach) soup recipe!
To make spinach soup for two people we need..
1 bunch of spinach, 1 large onion, chopped in chunks, 1 green chilli, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 inch ginger, butter for garnish...
...salt to taste, 1 tsp rice grains and water. Let's get to work!
Up first, pour water, add onions, spinach, green chilli, ginger, garlic, rice grains and salt to taste.
To remind you, I'm not using black pepper as there is green chilli in the soup. You can replace the chilli with pepper.
Let the ingredients boil.
Now, let's mix these well.
Add a tomato to mask the spinach smell. It also adds to the flavour. You can also add ready-made soup cubes.
The soup is boiling well and is almost ready. Turn the flame off and let it cool a bit before we strain it.
We've drained all the water out. It's time to put the ingredients in the mixer to make it liquid.
We're now running the soup in the mixer.
You can see a beautiful green now. If you like, add water from the straining to make the soup thinner.
We've mixed the soup and it's time for a final boil. The soup is ready, so turning the flame off.
Transfer the soup in a bowl. You have a tempting aroma. There is ginger, garlic, onions. The colour is beautiful!
This is perfect for the winters! I frequently only have different kinds of soup for dinner!
