We all have a lot of pictures lying around our house, so I'm going to show you how to
take a simple ordinary item, like this photo clip here, and turn it into a decorative accessory
for your home. So, the first you thing you want to do is, because they may become in
different sizes, you just want to measure the width, and that's two inches, and then
I need the length measurement, and it's going to be three inches. So, I'm going to cut a
piece of paper, two by three, and because this paper is twelve inches, I need to take
out my scoring blade there, so three inches by two inches. You can use any kind of paper,
I'm just using some designer series paper. You can also use some regular card stock and
stamp on it, whichever you like. So, the first thing I'm going to do, is take and just kind
of dry fit it, and I'm a little bit short, so let's make it like three in a half. That's
the good thing about stamping, it's not perfect, and that's looks better. Three in a half is
going to be the measurement. So, you're going to cut a piece of paper two by three in a
half, and now that we dry fit it, we know that it fits. The next thing were going to
do, is adhere it to our clip, and I like to use this double sided sticky strip, it adheres
well, and it's going to make this project quick, and easy. So, once I put the tape down,
just using your finger, peel that part up, and you again, this is double sided paper,
you choose which side of the paper you want, and I'm going to go ahead and line it up,
right underneath that black, and then I'm just going to roll it around, and then I'm
going to put my second edge, right up underneath there again. So, there we have it. So, far
our papers adhere to our clip, and we'll move on to the next step.
