My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to
make Gingerbread. Alright, so it's pretty well mixed up, I'm still going to go ahead
and lower the bowl, and take my spatula and really get into the sides here, and get it
in the bottom. Because what's happening is it's really mixing up the center very well,
but not so much the, the sides and the bottom. It'll, it'll, I mean if you let it go long
enough it'll mix it all up, but I'm just kind of speeding up the process here. So now I
want to turn it back on for a few seconds to kind of get everything, oops, I got sour
cream on my arm, get everything all mixed back together. Because now we have to add
our eggs. Just go ahead and throw those in there. You can put those in there while it's
moving if you feel brave. I feel brave. It's just two medium eggs. See, now it'll start
thickening up quite a bit. That's where most of your liquid's coming from in your recipe.
Alright, we'll just let this go for a minute, we'll be right back.
