How to make Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal - A Homemade Vegan Breakfast

Today we are going to be cooking a hearty Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.
It’s home made, vegan, gluten free, and keeps you full all morning long.
Ingredients for a serving of 2.
You’ll need...
4 Organic Apples 1 Cup of Filtered Water
½ Cup of Organic Steel Cut Oats ¼ Cup of Raw Walnuts
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup and Cinnamon.
First, slice 3 of apples and dice one.
The 3 sliced apples will be juiced. If needed, adjust the amount apples to make
1 cup of apple juice. You can use store bought apple juice but it’s
not as healthy.
Combine the 1 cup of water and 1 Cup of Apple Juice and heat on high until boiling.
Once boiling, slowly stir in the steel cut oats. Keep it boiling on high until the oats
begin to thicken a bit, about 5 minutes, and then reduce to low.
Stirring occasionally, simmer for about 10 minutes or until it thickens up a lot. .
Once thick, stir in the Walnuts, Diced Apples, and Maple Syrup.
Heat for about 2 minutes more to warm the apples.
Serve and add cinnamon to taste.
