An overseas subscriber was curious about Korean diet so
 
I will introduce easy-to-make Korean diet recipe.
 
I use bananas for carbs, tofu(made of beans) for protein,
 
sprouts and romaine mix for minerals and fiber,
 
nuts for unsaturated fatty acid and I use oriental dressing
 
because it has less calorie but it is up to your taste.
 
I am going to cook now.
 
First, place sprouts at the bottom of the salad.
 
Then romaine mix is the next.
 
Put sliced tofu on the salad.
 
also banana and nuts.
 
Delicious~ lol
 
It is important to contain all 5 major nutrients in your food for healthy diet.
