How To Gain Weight Quickly - Increase Your Appetite

Hi, this is Andy Wilkinson from SkinnyGainMuscle.com, bringing you another video lesson on how to
gain weight if you're skinny. And in this video we're answering the question:
"How Can You Increase Your Appetite Enough To Eat All The Calories You Need to Gain Healthy
Weight?" If you've watched any of the other videos
up to this point, then you know the importance now of getting enough calories.
You know how important your daily calorie consumption is to gain healthy weight.
You need a way of being able to not only calculate how many calories you need each day, but then
you also need to do this by eating clean and nutrient-dense high calorie whole foods.
And you also need a way of being able to track how many calories you're eating, so that you
can stick with this plan for the long term. But this still begs the question:
"How can you increase your appetite enough to be able to eat all the calories you need
to gain weight?" I mean, if you feel like you're eating a lot
already - and nothing seems to be working - what should you do?
Well, I know what it's like. Trust me, I've been there, and I do sympathize.
But there is a solution. And in order to increase your appetite, the tips shared in this video
are going to help you a lot in getting all the calories you need into your body each
day to gain weight in a healthy way. Okay, so on to increasing your appetite.
First of all, I want you to head on over to a very cool website - that's totally FREE
- and it's called FitDay.com And hey, don't let the fact that it's a Weight
Loss website scare you off. This is one of my ultimate secrets to gaining weight.
And you're getting it for free right here. Okay, so what you want to do is register for
a free account at this website, play around with it a bit, and then start using the 'Foods'
section to start recording what you're eating, and to begin measuring your daily calorie
consumption. And do that for the next 3 days.
Just measure and put in there EVERYTHING that you're eating.
And then, whatever your daily calorie consumption is - that it measures for you - I want you
to then increase your target by 500 calories for the next 7 days.
So every day for the next 7 days, aim to get at least an extra 500 more calories in each
day than you normally would. And, to add to that, here's now 5 tips -
5 key tips - you can use, on how to increase your appetite and fit this all in:
So, we already know you're going to be increasing your daily calories consumption by 500 calories,
right? We just want to be really clear about that, okay.
So we want to make sure that you're eating 500 extra calories. Good.
So, ONE: Every day, make sure that you're getting yourself a Big Breakfast.
So you start off with a high calorie meal. And then try and eat that all in one go.
And if you can't finish it all at once, step away for 5 minutes. And keep coming back to
it until it's all gone. And as you train yourself to eat more, your
appetite will adjust naturally. And you'll start to find it much easier to meet your
daily calorie needs. And then TWO: You want to Use Bigger Plates
and Bowls and Glasses. It's a psychological trick to increase your
appetite. And you'll be able to fit more food on them as well.
Number THREE: Set a Timer each day to Eat Every 3 Hours. As this is going to help you
train your body to expect food at certain times.
And by splitting your calorie consumption into more than 3 meals a day, you'll be able
to cope with more food, more easily. FOUR: Sip Water throughout your day.
You need to stay hydrated to help digest the food you're eating. But you don't want to
gulp down a whole bunch of water all in one go just before a meal, as this can reduce
your appetite. And then FIVE: Avoid Fried Foods, like certain
types of Chinese Foods (for example), and fried food in general - as this can fill you
up really quickly, and it doesn't have much nutritional benefit.
Okay - So get to it. That's it. I appreciate we've covered a lot of information

idea on what you can do to help increase your appetite.
