Hi I'm Nick and welcome to One Minute Six Pack. Today’s video is about 4 nutritional
tips to reduce belly fat, and get six pack abs. These tips really make up the foundation
upon which your diet to lose belly fat and get a sixpack should be based. In other words,
use these tips as guidelines to create your own diet. Doing so will help you control your
(1) appetite, (2) blood sugar levels, (3) hormone levels; and (4) it’ll ultimately
help you lose that stubborn stomach fat.
The first tip is to eat plenty of quality protein on a daily basis. Your body actually
burns more calories digesting protein than it does digesting both carbs and fat. Protein
also (1) satisfies hunger longer, and (2) helps build and maintain lean muscle. The
second tip is to make sure the majority of your carbs come from high fiber sources such
as fruits, vegetables, and unrefined grains. This is important because one of the main
reasons people have trouble getting rid of stubborn stomach fat is due to eating too
much refined sugars & grains.
The third tip is to be sure to eat enough healthy fats each day. These healthy fats
can come from nuts, seeds, avocados, grass fed meats, organic whole eggs, etc. Not getting
enough healthy fats causes junk food cravings almost more than anything else. The last of
the 4 tips to reduce belly fat is a 2-parter: You have to avoid the following two foods
at all costs: (1) artificial trans fat, and (2) high fructose corn syrup. Trans fat is
mostly found in processed foods and deep fried foods. High fructose corn syrup, on the other
hand, can be found in nearly every single sweetened product at the super market. That's
