Hi! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. We have some
green cabbage and we also have red cabbage. These are fine. Just kind of press on them
a little bit. The outside of course is going to come off. You can't really judge by the
outside one. As you can see, as we get one or two of the leaves off, look how nice that
color is. It's plenty firm, so that'll be nice. Cabbage lasts a fairly long time too.
You can put that in your fridge and it should last at least a week. Here's the red. Same
thing, solid, take the outside leaves off. I use lemon because it's cleansing. I just
think it's excellent for cleansing the body and it's got a nice flavor. I use it in juices,
salad dressings, and pies as well. I prefer these. Some of the markets are going to have
these gigantic lemons with the skin that's about that thick. I think you all know what
I'm talking about. These are real lemons. These are wonderful. I don't if you can see
this. I'm pushing on it and it just gives, and that's what I like. I know that the skin
is very thin and there's actual lemon juice in this one. The other ones, I don't know
what it is. I do know what it is. They get to charge by the pound, so the heavier it
is the more they can charge for the lemon that has a drop of juice in it, no flavor,
and a huge rind. There you go for conventional. That's why we're here in the organic section.
Okay, oranges.
