When using the Sandbox Stamp tool in Google SketchUp...
... you can only position the height or depth of the stamped geometries visually...
... with the click of your mouse.
However, after the stamp tool is created...
... the geometries are triangulated in a manner that allow you to reposition your stamp.
If I want this floor to be precisely 5' higher than this flat surface...
... I'll first draw a 5' segment and then with the Move tool...
... I will grab this surface and reference the height of the segment.
It helps to hit the Up or Down arrow key to lock the move in the blue direction.
