What's up, guys? I'm Cameron and welcome to DS2DIO 360!
So after painstaking research, I am able to bring to you
the five cheesiest, yet wonderfully satisfying dance movie moments of all time.
Any movie filmed in the 80's that had music was pretty much on this list,
but I had to narrow it down to a few. At number five, the classic fairytale of a female welder
who strips at night but longs to become a ballerina. Flashdance! The best part of this
is the multi-camera leap slo-mo shot. In fact, I've been told that the director of The Matrix
was actually inspired by this.
Ahhhh! Okay, so obviously if you have a list of cheesy classic movies
Grease is gonna be on it. School's out, Rizzo's not pregnant.
Who doesn't want to see a movie that ends with a car flying off into the sunset.
Okay so unlike Grease and Flashdance, here is a bit of an obscure gem for you: Teen Witch.
That is the best thing I've ever seen. If you want to see the full clip, which I strongly suggest
you see, you can click down below. And my number two on the list, the critically under-appreciated
Dirty Dancing. Finding the cheesiest moment of this movie took a lot of research, so I
had to watch this movie like three million times and believe me, Patrick Swayze is just
as dreamy the 300th time as he is the first time. "Nobody puts baby in the corner." Hearts.
Okay, onto the next one. My number one pick for the cheesiest dance movie of all time:
High School Musical! As I get older, it gets a little creepier and creepier for me to keep calling
Zac Efron a babe, but he's so cute. "That's nice." We re all in this together, bum bum
bahhh, da da da, na na na, da da da daaaaa!
Well, that about wraps it up for my top 5
favorite cheesy dance movies of all time. What's your favorite dance movie? Tell me
in the comments below and I'll see you next time.
Ahhhh!
