There’s no question that Howdy Honda’s sales experience is second to none, but the
part that most people don’t appreciate until they really need it, is a great service department.
Howdy Honda has a large covered service drive to drop your vehicle and one of the most impressive
parts of our new facility is something that most of our customers don’t see – our
giant air-conditioned shop. We have 52 bays to service our customer’s needs and the
technicians to get the job done right the first time.
Express Service has its own shop with one goal in mind: to get customers in and out
as quickly as possible and of course everyone gets a complimentary car wash. While you wait,
we have a spacious waiting area with a big plasma television, complimentary gourmet coffee,
sodas, juices and bottled water, and of course Krispy Kreme donuts. If you prefer a quite
space to relax or get some work done, we have a customer work area complete with WiFi for
your convenience.
Something else that is unique to Howdy Honda is our Auto Pilot service. Because of our
proximity to the Austin airport we can offer rides to and from the airport when you drop
off your car for service. Simply schedule your appointment before your flight and let
us take you to the airport. While you are gone we will service your vehicle and have
it ready for you upon your return.
