HI, I'M KIM AND I'M GOING TO TAKE YOU AROUND
ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES ON CAMPUS, THE FIVE DINING HALL.
COME ON, LET'S CHECK IT OUT.

THIS SECTION IS OUR SOFT-SEATED SECTION. STUDENTS CAN COME IN,
THEY CAN HANG OUT, BRING THEIR LAPTOPS,
OUR FACILITIES ARE WIRELESS. HERE WE HAVE OUR ZONE SECTION
THAT HAS 5 MAC COMPUTERS, THAT YOU CAN COME AND
CHECK YOUR EMAIL, DO SOME HOMEWORK.
SO WHEN YOU COME INTO THE FACILITY, THE FIRST THING
THAT YOU'LL SEE IS OUR SALAD BAR.

THE OTHER THING THAT YOU'LL SEE WHEN YOU COME IN IS
OUR HUGE WOODSTONE PIZZA OVEN. WE HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT
TYPES OF PIZZAS THAT WE FEATURE EVERYDAY. WE'VE GOT STROMBOLI,
WE'VE GOT CALZONES THAT WE BAKE EVERDAY.

HERE'S OUR NACHO BAR, ULTIMATE NACHO BAR, WE'VE GOT CHIPS,
SALSA, CHEESE, NACHO CHEESE, WE'VE GOT MEAT, ALL KINDS
OF THINGS THAT YOU COULD WANT.

THIS IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITES, ONE OF THE REASONS WHY
IS BECAUSE THE CHEFS ARE RIGHT THERE IN THE BACK,
COOKING UP EVERYTHING FRESH FOR YOU.

AND RIGHT HERE WE'VE GOT OUR CARVERY STATION
THAT WE'RE CUTTING OUR FRESH MEAT EVERYDAY. WE'VE GOT BEEF
OR TURKEY, CHICKEN, DIFFERENT THINGS LIKE THAT.
HERE'S OUR SIDE ITEMS. WE'VE GOT OUR MASHED POTATOES
AND GRAVY, OUR CARROTS, ASPARAGUS, OUR NEW POTATOES.
THESE ARE OUR PANINI PRESSES. IF YOU FEEL LIKE JUST HAVING A GOOD
OLD-FASHIONED SMASHED SANDWICH,
YOU GOT OUR PANINI PRESSES RIGHT HERE THAT YOU CAN ENJOY.
WE'VE GOT OUR MY PANTRY STATION,
YOU CAN MAKE ICE CREAM, WE'VE GOT LSU WAFFLES,
WE'VE GOT LOTS OF DIFFERENT CEREAL OPTIONS.

OUR TERRA VE STATION HAS A LOT OF DIFFERENT VEGETARIAN
OR VEGAN OPTIONS. WE'VE GOT OUR ROASTED BELL PEPPER HUMMUS,

DIFFERENT CAKES, WE'VE GOT COOKIES AND ROLLS. TODAY,
WE'VE GOT SOME PARFAITS, AND MY FAVORITE,
MISS LIBBY'S BREAD PUDDING.

YOU COME AND THEY HAVE DIFFERENT STIR FRIES FOR THE DAY.
YOU CAN PICK WHATEVER OPTIONS YOU WANT, BELL PEPPERS
OR SQUASH, ZUCCHINI, CARROTS. YOU SEE OUR CHEFS,
THEY WHIP IT UP, SAUTE IT FOR YOU, THEY ADD OUR SAUCE,
ADD THE RICE, AND YOU'RE GOOD TO GO WITH YOUR FRESH MEAL.
ONE THING THAT'S UNIQUE TO LOUISIANA IS OUR CAJUN FOOD.
WE LOVE SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA FOOD.

WE FEATURE CRAWFISH ETOUFEE, WE'VE GOT RED BEANS AND RICE
WITH ANDOUILLE SAUSAGE, WE'VE GOT JAMBALAYA,
LOTS OF DIFFERENT LOUISIANA FAVORITE SIDE ITEMS.

THIS IS OUR CHEF DEMO STATION. A LOT OF TIMES OUR CHEFS
WILL COME IN AND THEY'LL DEMONSTRATE
DIFFERENT KINDS OF MEAL OPTIONS. TODAY WE'RE ACTUALLY FEATURING
BANANA'S FOSTER, WHICH IS A NEW ORLEANS FAVORITE, ONE OF MY
FAVORITE DESSERTS THAT WE HAVE HERE. THANK YOU.

WE'VE GOT ANOTHER FACILITY THAT'S VERY SIMILAR TO THIS ONE
ON THE OPPOSITE END OF CAMPUS CALLED THE FOUR FIVE NINE. SO,
