For this sledgehammer workout, you're going to need a sledgehammer. Or if
you don't have a sledgehammer, you can use a baseball bat, a broomstick or
any other similar objects. You can even use an axe and chop down a tree for
this workout. But, whatever you use. Be careful and go to

When you're doing this workout, you can hit anything you want with the
sledgehammer, but it's probably best if you hit a rubber tire that's laying
on the ground like this. But like I said, if you don't have a tire, you can
hit anything you want to, as long as you don't mind destroying whatever it
is that you're hitting.
Okay, before you start this workout, make sure that you're taking at least
five to ten minutes to warm up. If you're already warmed up, then let's go
ahead and get started. Okay, when I say go, we're going to swing and hit
something as fast as we can, ten times in a row without stopping. All
right, get ready. We're going to start in five seconds. Get ready, five,
four, three, two, one, go.
All right, hit that tire as fast as you can. Keep going because you're
going to hit it ten times in a row. Keep going. Keep going. Swing and hit
that tire. Come on, beat that tire to death. Come on, keep going. Keep
going. You have two more times. Keep hitting it.
All right, throw down that sledgehammer. All right, do some jumping jacks,
15 seconds. Do jumping jacks as fast as you can. Keep going. Come on, ten
more seconds, jumping jacks as fast as you can. Come on. Give it all you've
got. Trying to burn off that fat and build some muscle. Come on. Come on,
three more seconds. All right, get ready. All right, switch sides, pick up
that sledgehammer.
All right, hit the tire ten more times. Keep going as fast as you can,
swinging that sledgehammer, hitting that tire. Try to beat that tire to
death. Try to drive that tire into the ground. Try to hit it as hard as you
can. Keep going. Come on, hit it three more times. Come on, three more hard
hits. Come on, keep going, one more time. All right, put down that
sledgehammer.
All right, jumping jacks, come on, 15 seconds as fast as you can. Keep on
going. Come on, we're killing two birds with one stone with this workout.
We're building muscle every time we swing that sledgehammer and right now
we're burning fat. All right, keep going. All right, almost finished.
All right, pick up that sledgehammer. All right, hit that tire again, ten
more times. Look, if you don't have a tire to hit, hit the ground. Come on,
beat that tire to death. Come on, get mad, get angry. Come on, take out all
your frustrations out on that tire. Come on, hit it.
All right, jumping jacks, throw down that sledgehammer. Jumping jacks,
right here, come on, 15 seconds, as fast as you can. Go faster than me.
Come on, you don't have to keep up with me, but go at your own pace and
build that muscle and burn that fat. Come on, keep going. Come on, almost
finished. Then we're going to pick up that sledgehammer again.
Get ready. All right, pick it back up. Switch sides, come on, ten times.
Come on, try to hit that tire more than ten times. Try to do it faster than
me. Try to hit it 11 times before I get to ten. Try to hit it 12 times
before I get to ten. Push yourself. All right, get ready, almost, one more
time.
All right, jumping jacks, right here, 15 seconds as fast as you can. Come
on, keep it up. Keep it up, come on. Now, look, if you don't have a
sledgehammer, use a baseball bat. If you don't have a baseball bat, use a
broom. If you want to, you can even use an axe and chop down a tree with
this workout. But, all right, pick that sledgehammer back up. Keep going.
All right, hit it ten times as fast as you can.
Like I was saying, you can use an axe and chop down a tree. There are no
excuses for you not to do this work out. I don't want you saying, "I can't
do it because I don't have this or I don't have that." Find a way and do
this work out. Come on, do it with me. All right, one more time.
All right, jumping jacks, right here, as fast as you can. Come on, 15
seconds, right here, as fast as you can. Keep going. Keep going, almost
finished, almost finished. Come on, we're just doing a ten-minute workout,
right here. Just give me all you've got for ten minutes.
All right, switch sides. Pick that sledgehammer back up. Come on, quickly.
Do it fast. Do it faster than me. Pick it back up, ten more times. Like I
said, try to hit it 12 times before I get to ten. Try to hit it 15 times
before I get to ten. Keep going, I'm using the ten-pound sledgehammer right
now. If you're using a heavier sledgehammer, you may not get to ten times
before I do, but keep doing it.
All right, back to jumping jacks. All right, 15 seconds. You might have a
little voice in your head right now saying, "Quit. It's too hard. I can't
finish." Tell that voice to shut up. Tell that voice that you're trying to
get ripped, you're trying to build muscle, and that you're trying to look
better. All right, get ready.
All right, pick that sledgehammer back up. Do it again, come on, ten times.
Come on, come on. Get mad. Try to take out all the frustration you've got
out on that tire. If you're mad at somebody, take it out on this tire,
right now. Come on, hit that tire hard. Come on, beat that tire to death.
All right, one more time, one more time, and back to jumping jacks, as fast
as you can go.
I don't want you to give up. You can't give up. It's only a ten-minute
workout. Come on. Give it all you've got for ten minutes. After ten minutes
is over, but don't quit. Don't give up. Come on, keep going. Almost - get
ready to pick that sledgehammer up.
All right, pick it back up. Come on, pick it up faster than me, and start
before I do. Come on, keep going. Keep swinging that sledgehammer. Like I
said, if you don't have a tire, beat the ground to death. Try to hit the
ground so hard that sparks fly. Come on, try to bust that tire wide open
every time you swing. All right, one more time.
All right, back to jumping jacks. Right here, come on. Keep it up. Keep
going. There are no excuses for you not to do this work out. You can find
something you can swing and you can always find something you can hit. You
can do jumping jacks anywhere. So, there is no reason why you cannot do
this. All right, get ready to pick it up.
Pick it up quick, quicker than me. All right, start hitting that tire,
right now. Come on, when I get to three, you should be on four. When I get
to five, you should be on six. Come on, do it faster than me. Come on, come
on. Keep hitting that tire. Keep going, keep going. All right, one more
time.
All right, back to those jumping jacks. Back to those jumping jacks, right
here. Come on, come on, let's go. Let's go. You're burning fat right now.
Come on, do it real fast. Look, if you hate the sound of my voice, hit mute
and just keep doing this workout. Just think about how much better you're
going to look. You'll look better and better every time you do this work
out.
All right, pick that sledgehammer back up. Keep going. I'm using a ten-
pound sledgehammer, right now. If it's too easy, use a heavier
sledgehammer. Use a 16-pound sledgehammer, like I am in the upper right
hand corner. Keep going, come on. Don't slow down like I'm slowing down. Go
faster than me. Come on, pick up the pace. All right, one more time.
All right, back to those jumping jacks. Look, if this is too hard for you,
you may want to use a lighter sledgehammer. You might want to use an eight-
pound sledgehammer. If an eight-pound sledgehammer is still too hard for
you, then use a baseball bat or use a broomstick. Like I said, there are no
excuses.
Pick it back up. Keep going, come on, swing that sledgehammer. You should
be on number two, right now. Come on, beat me. Come on, beat my pace. Do
better than me. Look at me, it's hard for me, too. I know it's tough. But,
when you do tough workouts like this it makes you look better. It makes
your arms bigger. Now, as you're doing this exercise, you just feel it all
throughout your waist, one more time.
All right, back to those jumping jacks, right here. Keep going. Keep going
as fast as you can. Come on, speed it up. Come on, I promise you it's
almost over. Remember, like I said, it's only about a ten-minute workout.
Come on, five more seconds. Keep going as fast as you can. Come on. All
right, get ready to pick...
All right, pick that sledgehammer back up. Now, right now, you should be
feeling this all throughout your waist and your love handles and your mid-
section because you're using all your muscles in that area to swing that
sledgehammer. You should be working hard. You should be feeling it real
hard in that area, right now, and your arms and back muscles should be
getting a good workout. But like I said, you're burning fat and getting
ripped. You're going to see those six-pack abs and you're going to build
muscle all at the same time with this workout.
All right, back to those jumping jacks, come on, right here. That's all
we're doing through the whole workout. We're hitting the tire ten times,
and then we're doing jumping jacks, real simple. Just keep doing the same
thing over and over ten minutes, and after those ten minutes, you'll have a
real great muscle building and fat burning workout. Come on, keep going.
All right, come on, come on, swing, swing. You should be on number two,
right now. Don't wait for me, beat my pace. Come on, especially if you're
doing this workout with just a broomstick, you should be doing it 20 times
by the time I get to ten, if you're using a broomstick. Come on, come on,
push yourself. Don't settle for less. Do the best you can.
All right, jumping jacks, right here. Come on, 15 seconds. Come on, as fast
as you can. Come on, I'm going a little bit slower, right now. Go faster
than me. Come on, pick up the pace. We've got about two more minutes left.
Two more minutes, finish strong.
Come on. All right, pick that sledgehammer back up. Come on. It should
already be up by now. You should have already hit the tire one time by now,
come on. That's right, look at me, I'm slowing down. Beat me. Go faster
than me. Keep going. Like I said, every time you swing, you're working the
love handles. Working off that love handle fat, so you can see those abs.
Come on, come on.
All right, do those jumping jacks, right here. Keep going, jumping jacks.
Let me add this about the sledgehammer, every time you swing it, there's no
special way to swing it. Just swing it. Like I said, you can use an axe and
chop down a tree with this workout. All right, three more seconds of
jumping jacks and you're going right back to it.
Come on pick that sledgehammer up. Come on, beat that tire to death. Take
out all your frustration out on that tire. If you had a bad today, take it
all out on that tire. If somebody made you mad, pretend that tire is that
person. Come on, hit that tire. I think we've got about one more minute
left. Come on, kill that tire. If you're hitting the ground, try to make
holes in the ground. Hit that ground hard.
15 seconds, right here, come on. Come on, push yourself. Come on, jumping
jacks, jumping jacks, jumping jacks, fast, fast. Come on, speed it up. I
don't want you to give up. Don't quit.
All right, pick that sledgehammer back up. If you need a sip of water, take
a sip, but don't stop. Don't quit. Come on. Look, I'm on number three,
right now. I'm going really slow. You should be at number seven, right now.
By the time I get to number ten, I want you to be at number 15. Come on,
can you get 15? Come on, I'm at seven. Look. I'm taking my time. Come on.

All right, back to jumping jacks, right here. Don't stop. I think it's
