Today, I'm going to make Chicken-Nanban, which is a local dish in Miyazaki prefecture in Japan.
A harmony of sweet vinegar sauce and tartare sauce is very tasty.
Ingredients are as follows;
Chicken breast, flour, egg, vinegar, sugar soy sauce, ginger,
onion, tartare sauce, salt and pepper.
Let's get started with me.
First, season the chicken breast beforehand.
To make the chicken easier to heat through, I sliced it in half crosswise.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Sprinkle both sides.
And then, leave for 15 minutes.
15 minutes have passed. Deep-fry the chicken.
Sprinkle and coat with flour.
coat evenly on both sides.
Dip into the beaten egg and then deep-fry.
Oil temperature is about 340'F (170'C).
Continue frying until golden brown.

Take out it from the pot.
Next, make sweet vinegar sauce.
Add the all ingredients of sauce to a pot.
The vinegar.
The sugar.
The soy sauce.
The sliced ginger.
The chopped onion.
Heat with a strong flame.
Wait until the liquid is boiling.
When it has come to a boil like this, boil for another 1 minute.
1 minute have passed. turn off the heat.
Soak the chicken, that I just had fried, to the sauce.
And soak for about 3 minutes.
3 minute have passed. take out to a tray.
Finally, place in a serving dish.
You can arrange the dish as you like.
Place the cut chicken.
Finally, Set the tartare sauce.
And then, it's ready to be served.
