HAIR TUTORIAL: How to Not Look Like a Tool

Uploaded by JoshSundquist on 12.05.2011

Hey guys, so you all are often asking me how I do my hair.
So today I’ve decided to join the beauty tutorial bandwagon and teach you how I do
my hair.
OK, so this is my hair in its natural state.
As you can see, it is not very appealing and also a little bit flat...kind of like Rebecca’s
The problem with most products for guy hair is that they make your hair look like this
with that wet, glued together look...which in my opinion makes you look kind of like
a op!
So the key is using the right product and the best one I’ve ever found by far is this
stuff: Garnier Fructis Style Surf Hair Texture Paste, Strong Hold...and you thought “catherine,
duchess of cambridge” was a long can get it at any drugstore and I’ll also
put a link to it on Amazon in the underbar.
So anyway, you want to start with hair that is dry or almost dry, get a glob of product
and put it on your much product? If this was mayonnaise, about a sandwich worth...
Yes, this product does look a little bit like don’t look at it too carefully...because
if you look at it carefully, you’ll realize it’s actually a little bit gross...kind
of like the lyrics in the new Katie Perry and Kanye West song “ET”
...and then you put it on like so.
Boom. You’re done. have to wait about 30 minutes for it to dry. And don’t even think about blow
drying it, because 1) it look right and 2) real men do not use blow driers. Do you think
Chuck Norris uses a blow drier? I don’t think so. You know how Chuck Norris dries
his hair? Yeah I got nothing. But write a comment with your own original Chuck Norris
joke about how he does his hair.
OK, now it’s dry, but I have that wet glued together I’m such a tool look.
So now you just rub your hands across your hair like so...and boom! Your hair now has
a dry, natural finish. Sweet.
Oh, and here’s another cool thing. Unlike with most hair gel which leaves your hair
crusty and hard, this Fructis stuff leaves your hair nice and soft so your girlfriend
can run her hands through it...or, if like me you don’t have a girlfriend, maybe you
can ask your cousin to do it for you.
All right, thanks for watching, please give me a thumbs up if you feel so inclined, and
I’ll see you next week!
