When mixture will become thick it means the mixture is ready.
Keep stirring constantly so that the mixture doesn't stick at the bottom.
The mixture has become thick within 3-4 minutes but is still not cooked.
Besan mixture in now ready. Now set it in a plate.
Grease the plate with some oil and place the mixture on it.

It takes ½ hour to set the mixture and then we will cut them into pieces.
Now cut the mixture into pieces and then deep or shallow fry them.
Turn on the gas and heat oil.
Cut the set batter into big or small pieces accordingly.
Separate the pieces and if you wish to eat them as it is feel free to do so.
When oil gets hot gently place the kothambir vadi in the pan.
We are deep frying the vadi and you can shallow fry it too.
For take 2 tbsp oil in pan and place the kothambir vadi on it for frying. Turn the sides when it turns brown in color from both sides.
Don't keep the flame too high, fry on medium flame only.
Fry until they get golden brown color from all sides.

Fry rest of the kothambir vadi like wise.
They can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days and can be fried later.
