Homemade Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie Recipe : Make Streusel for Pumpkin Pie

Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip
I'm going to show you how to make a topping for the top of the pumpkin pie. We are going
to stick that on top after our 15 minutes is up. First and for most, you want to start
off with actually a fourth of a cup of brown sugar. I got me a little measuring cup. Pack
that in there. That is about a fourth of a cup right there. You're going to want two
tablespoons of all purpose flour. One, two. Also, we are going to stick in there about
a teaspoon of cinnamon. You can either eyeball that or you can actually measure it. Basically
guys this is a little mixture that we are going to put together for the topping. Mix
that together. Next thing I'm going to put in is butter. I'm not going to add the butter
until we are completely done crushing down all these little balls that we have in here.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to sift this or just to take out the little big balls that
you have in there from your brown sugar and flour mixed in together. I'm actually just
going to take them out and put them away. You don't want any big chunks. You can mushed
them down to some of them, Some of them get a little hard but basically guys just mix
that together and press it down with your spoon. Try to make it into a fine powder.
Mix it all together. I got that chilled butter inside the refrigerator. In the next clip,
I'm going to show you how to add that and the reason why we chill it. I'm going to talk
about that and in the next clip. When we are done, I'm going to show you what it looks
