Your Voice Counts: Be Part of the Solution

>> Everybody loves to talk about sports, especially men.
I should know, it's what I do for a living,
but there is a subject that many people just don't want
to talk about.
>> I grew up in a home where domestic violence
and child abuse took place on a level of torture.
This is the quiet crime.
>> He was very physically abusive.
The last time he hit me, my son was standing right there.
>> We always knew when beatings were going to come,
we'd hear two words: You're due.
>> He had a 22-caliber gun pointed at my left temple
and before I got the "No" out, he pulled the trigger.
>> This is not just a women's issue,
this is a men's issue too.
If you're not part of the solution,
then you are definitely a part of the problem.
We can fix this.
This needs to stop.
