Create New Project
Media Generators --> Noise Texture --> Soft Clouds
Copy "Soft Clouds"
Add Two Video Track on Timeline
Paste copied earlier "Soft Clouds"
Change "Progress (in degrees)" in each track
Video FX --> Gaussian Blur --> Light Blur
Track Motion -- > Width=1200
Track Motion --> Width=1000
These adjustments will help us to reach effect of depth of the image...
Media Generators --> Color Gradient -->Eliptical White to Black
Media Generators --> Solid Color --> Black
Make Compositing Child with Color Gradient
Compositing Mode --> Multiply (Mask)
Select color to your taste :)
