This is Karen Fraser and I am doing a demonstration for Expert Village. Exercise; very important
for the intestinal system as well as the overall health of the body. Exercise is good for circulation;
exercise helps the body rid itself of toxins. When we sweat, our skin is the largest eliminative
organ of the body. We never think of skin as an organ but it is an organ. As you are
exercising and sweating, you are actually releasing toxins from the body system and
creating a more healthy environment in your body. Last but not least, relax. It's very
important for you to create a relaxed atmosphere. In the world that we live in, it's very hard
sometimes to relax because we deal with a lot of stress during our every day functioning,
but it is very important to take some quiet time every day for yourself. Whether it be
prayer or meditation, whatever you do, because relaxation is not only important for your
mind but it is important for your entire well being, so it is very important to relax.
