Hershey's cocoa is one of my favorite baking ingredients. And you can use this in so many
recipes. In fact, if you have a recipe that calls for either baking chocolate or semisweet
baking chocolate it's so easy to substitute cocoa for that chocolate. And here's how do
it. If you're working with semisweet chocolate, for every ounce of chocolate that you have
you would need one tablespoon of cocoa, three and a half teaspoons of sugar and two teaspoons
of shortening. Then if you're using unsweetened baking chocolate, for every ounce of chocolate
you would need three tablespoons of cocoa and one tablespoon of shortening. You can
do this for almost every recipe that calls for either the semisweet chocolate or baking
chocolate with just a few minor changes to the baking directions. The directions for
