Hi, my name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you
how to make a really great holiday caramelized onion and sage stuffing. Alright, so its been
about a half an hour so I am going to reach into the oven here, pull this out and you'll
see that ( sit that down ) its got a nice, hear that, its going to have a nice crust
on top, nice and crunchy and if you turn it. Let me put my monkey mitt on here. If you
turn it and look from the side. I'm going to burn myself. You can see all the moistures
evaporated out and that it's nice and dry. This really hot. So, what I like to do, is
I like to take a fork right when it comes out of the oven and just kind of break it
up a little bit. Make sure we get all the way to the bottom and just kind of flush it so to speak. You
know, let thee uh moisture get out, because if that moisture stays in there it's just
going to make it kind of soggy. So, we'll just stir all this up here and there we go.
There is our really great caramelized onion and sage dressing. It's an excellent holiday
treat. You can actually stuff a turkey with this to if you don't want to bake it separately,
you could actually stuff a turkey with this and it would cook inside the turkey if that
was what you were plan was. Anyway, I really enjoyed making this, so I hope you enjoyed
watching me make it. I hope you enjoy eating yours. look for one of the videos on Expert
Village and have a good one. Have fun with your corn bread mixture.
