Today we will make malpua.
It is best accompanied with kheer and taste yummy.They are also known as kheerpua at some places.
Let's see what ingredients are required for making malpua.
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Milk - ¼ cup
Sugar - ¼ cup
Ghee - to fry malpua
For making malpua prepare a thin batter of wheat flour.
Add sugar and milk in a bowl.
Use curd in place of milk or mix curd and milk together then bring in use.
Mix until sugar gets dissolved completely.
You can also add little water.
Sugar is dissolve completely.
We have used milk but curd can also be brought in usage.

Now add water and make a thin batter.
Whisk the batter nicely for 4-5 minutes. Add more water into it.
Batter is now ready with pouring consistency.
For 1 cup water we have used 1 cup water.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Whisk the batter again after 10 minutes.
Take ghee in oil and let it become warm completely.
Ghee has become hot now fry the malpua's.
Pour 1 tsp batter at one time and fry until it gets golden brown from both the sides.
Flip the side once it floats at the surface.
Malpua is cooked from both sides now take it out in a plate.
Malpua's are ready.
Serve with lemon pickle or chutney and enjoy eating.
It can also be served with kheer.
Malpua can be stored in refrigerator for up to 5-6 days.
