How to Make Mashed Potatoes : Adding More Milk for Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Hi, this is Richard Buccola of New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am
going to show you how to make some mashed potatoes. So I am going to increase speed
now and if you see any big chunks, just try to work them out. Just whip them. I don't
think anybody likes lumps in their mashed potatoes. I think I do though. I don't really
care. It doesn't really bother me. You are going to work this and if you see these look
a little dry, just turn it off. You see they are looking a little dry, you might just want
to add a little bit more milk like I am going to do. There is a lot of butter in there and
you are going to just keep whipping them until a little splash of milk. You are going to
keep whipping them until they are light, airy and fluffy. When I come back, they will be
done. We will plate them and start to show you how to serve them, store them and how
much they cost. Very cheap by the way; inexpensive way to make one of kid's favorite.. And I'm
