Episode 2 - What you NEED to Lose Weight

Hey guys and welcome to another episode here at NoGymNoProblem.tv
Okay, my name is Paul and what we're going to do today
is talk to you about what you need in order to lose weight, alright? Now those two things
in one are consistency and discipline. Now you need these two in abundance guys if you're
going to hit your goals. Okay?
Now the best example I can give you is if you're going to cycle five miles today,
then that's great. You're doing really well. But if you do nothing else for the rest
of the week, it's just not consistent Okay? Now it's the same with your eating
If you had a fry up this morning, don't beat yourself up about it. But if you have
one every morning, there's no discipline there and it's not consistent. Okay, it
is consistent, but it's not the consistency you want, alright? What you need to do is
change your lifestyle. Now diets are a way to keep your discipline, but it's just
not consistent. You know, some people go on a diets generally, at some point in time to
come off them. But if you come off it, you're just generally going to go back to the way
you were and sometimes people go even further the other way. And I don't want that for
you, okay? So what you want to do is stay consistent and stay disciplined. Now the best
way I can suggest you do that is a plan. Now if I were you, I would plan everything 24
hours in advance. That's your workouts, that's your eating, okay? At least 24 hours
in advance. Because when it comes to the day, when you get up in the morning, you're
late for work, you know you don't have breakfast, and at lunchtime you forgot to
bring your bus or whatever, and suddenly you get on a bit of a spiral to go towards bad
eating and not planning your workouts. Okay, so the best thing I can suggest to you is
to plan 24 hours in advance. Put the workouts here, if you want to follow them here, that's
fantastic. I really encourage you to do that. Then your eating as well. I'll do a different
video on that, okay? So consistency and discipline. They are the only routes toward your success,
alright? Plan everything 24 hours in advance and it will help you stick to it. It will
help you get that discipline and consistency. Now thanks for watching today's episode
