For Japanese people
"If kids don't study the myth of their country, they would fall" Arnold J Toynbee the historian said so.
As you know, Japan lose in WW2
What did we lose?
Ko-Ji-Ki. I bought it at author's event. His name is Tsuneyasu Takeda.
Very important and interesting for Japanese. Watch the digest video.
Japan have 2600years history.
Of course there were older kingdom ever. But they already fell.
So Japan is the oldest country in the world in present day.
It was said that Ko-Ji-Ki was only myth.
But it was not true. Historians solved many things in these 30years.
written about Emperor in Ko-Ji-Ki.
In Japanese constitution, there is no article about definition of the emperor. It's different from foreign countries.
Why? At 1st, here is the emperor. The basis is written in Ko-Ji-Ki and Nihon-Shoki. Constitution, laws are the next.
Sometimes people says "The myth is not true".
But if the Ko-Ji-Ki is not true, The Japanese prime minister would be unemployment.
Because he was appointed the emperor.
Whenever I stayed at a hotel, I wondered why was not there a Ko-Ji-Ki? There was a bible though.
So I sent 10000 Ko-Ji-Ki books to Japanese hotels.
One hotel, there are 70 rooms. 10 books was stolen… Glad and sad episode.
That was the digest video.
How did you study about the Ko-Ji-ki? Of course we know its name. Have you ever read it, though?
