Crepes With English subtitlesطريقة عمل الكريب

Hi and welcome back to my kitchen
I will make a breakfast French recipe (Crepes)
The ingredients are
3/4 cups of flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp orange juice
2 eggs
ū cup whole milk
ž tsp vanilla extract
2 ― tbsp melted butter
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Combine liquid ingredients in another bowl.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, beating with an electric mixer on low speed.
When all ingredients are blended, beat at medium speed for one minute.
Strain the batter through a sieve.
Cover and refrigerate for two hours.
Fry crepes on medium high in a small or medium non-stick frying pan.
Wipe the pan with a lightly oiled paper towel at the beginning and from time to time if the crepes start to stick to the pan. (I like to use Pam)
Make sure the pan is hot before adding crepe batter. When the pan is hot, remove it from the burner and pour in the center of the pan about ž of batter
Quickly tip the pan in all directions so the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Put the pan back on the burner and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook until the other side is lightly browned. It will take about 2 minutes to cook a crepe.
To assemble the crepes, there are endless options
You could simply dust them with powdered sugar or drizzle some honey or maple syrup over them
What my kids like to do is to:
Stuff them with whipped cream and fresh fruits and drizzle chocolate sauce over them
