Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make hot links. Okay once again
like I said we have our grill ready to go, got some smoke coming and we want to place
our links which we have right here. We are going to place them on the cool side of the
grill cause like I said earlier we don't want them on the direct heat we just want them
to slowly smoke and cook all this stuff that is inside there.
We have stacked our links over to the cool side of the grill, we got our heat over here
to the right and once we put the top on we would get some smoke coming out of there and
we let them smoke and do there thing. We would see you at the next step.
