Recipe - Stuffed Eggplants Recipe With English Subtitles (guthi vankaya kura)

We're going to see how to make Stuffed Eggplant/Brinjal
Ingredients required to make Stuffed Eggplant
Eggplant/Brinjal, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Coriander Seeds, Garlic, Coconut, Onions, Salt, Chilli Powder & Oil
This is bengal gram, black gram, coriander seeds & garlic ground into a powder
Take a pan and heat some oil in it
Add some chopped onions and fry them
Add a little salt for taste
Add some red chilli powder, grated coconut
Now, add the mixed powder into the pan and mix well
Take another deep pan and heat some oil, about 4 - 5 tbsp
Make vertical slits to the eggplants to accomodate the stuffing
Stuff the eggplants with the prepared stuffing
Then place them in the oil to fry
Jsut add the remaining stuffing over the eggplants, sprinkle it over them
Add a little water
Close the lid and cook for 6 - 10 minutes
