Stuffed Rava Idli recipe

Your day is made if you get to eat rava idli in breakfast and if this rava idli's are made as stuffed idli's it becomes more delicious.
Today we will prepare stuffed rava idli's.
Let’s see what is required to prepare stuffed rava idli.
Rava (sooji) - 1.5 cup

Rai- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 10 patels
Green chilies- 2-3(finely chopped)
Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Garlic- 1/2 inch (grated)
Salt- 1tsp
Eno salt- 3/4 tsp
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Palak (spinach)- 1 cup(finely chopped)
Potatoes- 2 (boiled and peeled)
Peas- 1/4 cup
Firstly, we will mix curd into rava.
If the mixture appears to be thick pour some water into it.
Add 3/4 tsp of salt into the batter and mix it well and keep the batter for about 10-15 mins so that it gets ferment.
Put 2 tsp oil in a hot pan.
Put rai, urad dal and few curry leaves in the oil. Then mix this spices into the batter.
Place this mixture for 10 min to make it ferment.
*For Stuffing:
Put oil in a hot pan. Then add rai, green chilly, garlic, curry leaves, peas, spinach and finely chopped potatoes.
Sprinkle salt. Stir well and cook for 2 mins.
Take out the stuffing in a bowl.
Now, we will prepare idli.
For this, pour 2 cup water into cooker for warming.
Place the batter on idli stand.
Grease the blocks of idli stand with oil.
Add eno salt in the batter in last.
Put 1/2 tsp of the batter in the blocks and above it place the stuffing.
Close the stuffing by adding more batter to it.
Place the stand in steamy cooker and cook for 10 mins.
Take out idli from the stand and place it on a saucer.
Spongy stuffed rava idli is ready.
Serve with coconut sauce, peanut sauce or green coriander sauce.
