Recipe - Hot Indian Curry with Yogurt and Eggplant (Majjiga Vankaaya Koora) With English Subtitles

Majjiga Vankaaya Koora
Ingredients required to cook Majjiga Vankaaya Koora:
Rice flour, Brinjal, Butter milk, Onions
Red chillies, Cumin seeds, Garlic, Curry leaves
Corriander leaves, Mixed spices, Oil
Let us now see how to make Majjiga Vankaaya kura...
Heat a pan and add 1 cup of butter milk into it...
It should be little sour
Add 1 spoon of rice flour and mix it thoroughly
Boil it for few minutes
Add a pinch of turmeric powder, Sliced Brinjal
Add the chopped onions and the required amount of salt
Then, add the crushed red chillies
Cook it for a few minutes and keep the pan aside
Now, heat some oil in a pan
Fry some garlic with the mixed spices
Also fry some curry leaves
Pour this mixture of fried spices in the pan
Mix well and serve it in a bowl...
It's easy to make and yet delicious..
