Today we will make paneer kheer.
Paneer kheer is very delicious and can be cooked instantly.
It can be prepared for any party or any special occasion.
Let’s see what all ingredients are required for making paneer kheer.
Paneer - 250 grams
Sugar - 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Cashew nuts - 6-7
Milk - ½ liter (full cream)
For making kheer firstly boil milk.
Turn on the gas.
Meanwhile grate paneer.
When milk starts boiling add paneer into it.
After adding paneer cook milk until it starts boiling again.
Cook on medium flame and stir after every 2-3 minutes.
Simmer until it gets thick in consistency.
Meanwhile cut cashew nuts as well.
Kheer has become thick now add sugar into it as per your taste.
Also add cashew nuts and cardamom powder.
Cook for 1-2 minutes more until sugar gets dissolved.
Kheer is ready; turn off the gas.
Take out kheer in a serving bowl.
Garnish with chopped pistachios.
Very tempting and appetizing kheer is ready.
It is also known as chena kheer.
Serve piping hot or store in refrigerator and then serve. It tastes more awesome.
Paneer kheer can be stored in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
