POLICE CHIEF.
MAYOR GREG NEFFINGER SAID RONALD
CAMPURCIANI WILL BE TAKING OVER
AS CHIEF. HE HAS BEEN SERVING
AS THE INTERM CHIEF SINCE THE
RETIREMENT OF CHIEF THOMAS BURKE
IN MARCH. THE NEW CHIEF SAYS HE
WANTS TO BRING THE DEPARTMENT UP
TO DATE WITH NEW TECHNOLOGY.
WE'RE GOING TO USE TECHNOLOGY TO
TELL US WHERE AND WHEN CRIME IS
HAPPENING. AND WE ARE GOING TO
TRY TO PUT COPS IN THOSE AREAS.
THIS GIVES US THE BEST CHANCE TO
SOLVE SOME OF THESE ISSUES WE
ARE HAVING.
THE NEW CHIEF SAYS THE BUDGET IS
ALSO AN AREA OF CONCERN WHICH
THEY WILL ALSO REVIEW TO SEE
