Ingredients required to make Phool Makhani (Lotus Seed) Curry
Lotus Seeds, Oil, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder
Chopped Tomato, Green Chilli, Chopped Onions, Coriander leaves & Salt
Let's see how to make Phool Makhani Curry
Take a pan and heat some oil
Fry the lotus seeds
Take the fried lotus seeds and keep them aside
Fry some finely chopped onions and green chilli
Add some ginger-garlic paste
Add a little turmeric powder, salt as needed, red chilli powder
Add the chopped tomatoes
Now, add the fried lotus seeds
Add a little water into the pan
Cook for 5 minutes
Take the curry into a serving bowl
Garnish with some coriander leaves
