Days like today, the Fairfield Open Day and Recruitment Day are really
important
We try and reflect the community that we serve as closely as we can and part
of that is obviously for us to try and recruit people from all the backgrounds within
the community, particularly non-English speaking backgrounds in this particular
case here
Just hand a bit of a walk around, today there's a really really
diverse community representation on the grounds here and everyone's particularly interested, we've got POLAIR,
the mounted police, the dog police and so on, the dog squad
and I think it's a good chance for them to look around and perhaps, most
importantly, to consider the possibility of a career in the police force
