Ingredients required for Chamagadda Pulusu
Taroes, Raw Coconut Paste, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Onions, Fenu Greek Seeds, Tamarind, Salt, Red Chilli Powder & Oil
First heat some oil in a pan
Add some mustard seeds and curry leaves into the pan
Now add some sliced onions into the pan
Add some sliced green chillies into the pan & fry them for a while
Add some ginger garlic paste, sliced tomatoes into the pan
Now add some fenu greek seeds into the pan & mix them well
Add two spoons of coriander powder into the pan
Add two spoons of red chilli powder into the pan & mix them well
Now add some tamarind juice into the pan
Add some raw coconut paste into the pan & mix them well
Add some water into the pan & mix it well
Now add the boiled and peeled taro pieces into the pan
Add some salt into the pan & mix it well
Now let it cook for ten minutes
