Suji ka Halwa Recipe in Microwave | How to Make Rawa Halwa in the Microwave

Today's recipe for Suji ka Halwa is very easy to make and a huge favorite among all.
Let's see what all ingredients are required for making sooji halwa.
Suji (semolina) - 1/2 cup
Pistachios - 5-6
Cardamom - 3-4 (peeled and powdered)
Sugar - more then half cup
Ghee - ΒΌ cup
Almond - 6-7
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1.15 cup
Take a bowl used in microwave and add sooji and mix 2-3 tbsp ghee in it.
Keep little amount of ghee and mix rest in the sooji nicely.
Firstly roast sooji in microwave.
But roast it first for 2 minutes then stir it and roast for 1 minute. Again stir it and again roast for 1 minute.
While cooking halwa on gas we normally stir it constantly but in microwave we will roast it after short intervals.
Place sooji in microwave for roasting.
Set on high power for 4 minutes.
Meanwhile cut almonds.
After 2 minutes stir it
After 4 minutes take out the sooji from microwave
Now add milk and sugar in the roasted sooji.
Mix nicely and again cook for 2 minutes in microwave.
Stir the halwa and cook on medium power for 2 minutes more.
We have cooked halwa for 4 minutes.
Now add rest of the ghee, dry fruits and cardamom powder as well.
Now cover the halwa and cook for 2 minutes more and give three minutes standing time.
Halwa is ready take it out from microwave and keep it covered as it is this will be the standing time.
Open the lid after 2 minutes. It smells awesome.
Take out halwa in a plate.
Pour some ghee on top of the halwa.
If you prefer to add more ghee in halwa then feel free to do so.
Garnish with pistachios.
Sooji halwa made in microwave is ready.
