A rainy day is complete with having paneer pakora’s in supper.
Today we will make paneer pakora.
Let’s see what all ingredients are required for making paneer pakora.
Gram flour - 1 cup
Paneer - 300 grams
Salt - less the ½ tsp
Red chilly powder- ½ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp

Oil - for frying pakora’s
Firstly prepare batter from gram flour.
Add little water and stir until all lumps gets dissolve.
Always prefer adding little water at a time as it become easy at dissolving the lumps.
The batter should be that of mixture used for making plain pakora’s.
It should have pouring consistency.
Whisk the batter for 3-4 minutes.
Also add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder and whisk it nicely for 3-4 minutes.
Batter is ready; now keep it aside for 10 minutes so that batter becomes puffy.
Meanwhile cut paneer and fill chaat masala into them.
Keep the chunks at least 3 cm thick and cut into two halves.
Like wise make all paneer chunks.
Make paneer chunks as per your preference.
Now fill chaat masala into them.
For this take one paneer chunks and slit it from centre keeping the ends joint and fill little chaat masala into it like this.
Close it and place on tray.
Like wise prepare all chunks.
Take oil in a pan and place it on flame for heating.
We have used more then ½ cup of water.
Check whether oil in heated or not.
Now start frying paneer pakora’s.
For this take one paneer chunk and dip it into batter and gently place it in oil.
Coat the chunks nicely from all sides and then place in oil for frying.
Keep the flame medium.
When pakora’s become golden brown take them out in a plate.
Piping hot and luscious paneer pakora’s are ready.
Serve with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney.
