Vamu Rasam Recipe With English Subtitles

What are you making? Vamu Rasam
Ingredients required to make Vamu Rasam
Carom Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper, Jaggery, Tamarind, Cumin, Fenugreek Seeds, Coriander, Curry Leaves, Dry Red Chillies, Turmeric, Salt, Oil
Take a cooking pan and heat some water
Add some tamarind and some coriander seeds
Add some pepper, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and some salt
Add some coriander & curry leaves
Let it boil for 10 mins
Meanwhile, take another pan and heat some oil
Add some mustard seeds, turmeric and 2 tsp of carom seeds
Also add some fenugreek & cumin seeds
Add some curry leaves and some dry red chillies
Add some coriander leaves
Add the fried preparation into the boiling rasam
Add a little jaggery and cook for 2 mins
Take the Vamu Rasam into a serving bowl
