Transcript:
We will continue our demonstration here
and then we will walk to the Ministry of Labour office
Decent work is public policies to youth workers
Basic conditions a worker should be entitled to
Good wages
Decent work is health and safety and good working conditions
Good conditions, working environment, wages
First and foremost that labour rights are guaranteed by law and can be enforced. This is decent work
We need 3 trade union delegates to present the document to the Ministry of Labour superintendent
Both the ILO and the ITUC have chosen the 7th of October as the world day for decent work
We need better and quality jobs for all workers.
There's no such thing as a 2nd or 3rd rate worker.
Unfortunately we see that there are 2nd, 3rd and 4th rate workers
We want them to be treated as 1st class workers
This is an international effort to make sure we have decent work in every corner of the world
Trade unions have an important role to play. We want to continue participating and
making sure we have more decent work in our country and abroad
Decent work is social provision and social security
It's reducing the working time limit to 40 hours weekly
Health at work, respect for women, respect for differences, collective bargaining
We'd like you to give this document to the Minister of Labour, so that the government
acknowledge it and carry out the necessary measures taking our position and demands into consideration
DECENT WORK FOR ALL!
This is the house of labour, therefore we need workers coming here. Be welcomed!
