How to Make Raw Chocolate : Ingredients for Making Raw Chocolate

Hi, I’m Kelly Johnson of Sedona Chocolate Super Foods and we’re here on location in
the chocolate room of the Ridiculous Chocolate Factory, inside the Bliss Café in Sedona,
Arizona on behalf of Expert Village. We’re taking something that has gotten a bad name
of being unhealthy and helping people remember that it is healthy. Now here we use only pure
agave nectar from the agave cactus as a sweetener or yuccan root syrup as a sweetener. We use
all raw organic ethically treated ingredients; hemp seeds, coca butter, coconut oil, pecans,
almonds, coconuts, creating some of the most delicious flavors you can ever imagine and
it becomes a food, a healthy food to have every day.
