Starring Colin Farrell, it's a satyric thriller that teases mob associations in a very unique way.
Farrell plays a screenwriter but has friends that make their living in an absurd way:
they steal people's dogs only to bring them back to them and get a reward.
This till they steal the wrong dog, the one of a mobster.
